Girl Power Run Club

This 9 week program focuses on promoting self-confidences, respect, teamwork, and physical health through running, walking, and other fun activities.  Girls in 4th & 5th grade will meet twice each week focusing on a different goal and gradually building their running skill to complete at 5k fun run/walk at the end of the program.  Girls can enter at any fitness level and through practice and motivation, we will help them develop their fitness, confidence and stamina.  We will complete team building games that keep them active while also building healthy social relationships and self-confidence.  Registration includes entry into a 5k, tshirt, water bottle and healthy snack at each practice.  Min 6 / Max 12
