Hard to take time to breath and let go of stress?  Challenging to do it on your own?  Have you heard about all the health benefits to doing it?  This class will give you a chance to practice various forms of meditation to see what works best for you.  There will be easy instructions, time to practice and a chance to talk about your experience if you would like.
